I purchased another watch for myself (pre-owned Girard Perreguax) from another online outfit. The watch came with zero paperwork. No warranty, no operating instructions, nothing. I sent multiple requests for operating instructions and recieved no response. I finally called the sales lady and asked her point blank, and her response was, "Contact Girard Perregaux".
