Best of Time upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations.

RETURN POLICY: We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise is shipped safely. We feel so confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase that if you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. Your merchandise must be shipped back to us within 7 days after signed delivery.

The above return policy does not apply to special or custom orders. Special orders include watches not listed on the website or customizations made by request. Customizations made by request cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and you wish to exchange your merchandise for another one that suits you better, the process is easy. Simply fill out the form below with your order number, and one of our courteous customer service specialists will contact you shortly. You are able to exchange your merchandise within 60 days of receipt. Afterwards, you will obtain store credit and it can be applied towards another purchase within 365 days of original receipt.

All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in the ORIGINAL resalable-condition packaging including box, warranties, etc., with original receipt and authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchanges must arrive to us within 60 days after signed delivery, and returns within 7 days after signed delivery. Best of Time merchandise may not be exchanged more than once, and is permitted as a 1-time courtesy.
